Rawalwasia Group has been manufacturing and exporting Texturized Yarns and Lace Knitted Fabrics for the last 38 years. We also import different varieties of Polyester filament yarns and various fancy fabrics. Besides Yarn manufacturing, Rawalwasia is also a significant player in the Coal Industry. Rawalwasia imports multiple types of coal from Indonesia, South Africa, Russia, Australia, and the USA and trades in various types of Indian coal. As a leading supplier of Coal, Solar, Yarn, and Logistics in India, we offer complete mine-to-plant solutions for our customers. We have corporate branches located across pan India.

We are members of the South Gujarat Texturizers Association and are actively involved in the South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce. We are engaged in providing our clients with high-quality products and services. Our products have been inspected at various stages, recognized, and accredited by inspection agencies.

1988

Polyester Twisted Yarns

The company embarked on its journey in 1988, specializing in manufacturing Polyester twisted yarn.

1989

Manufacturing of Polyester-Sized Yarns

In 1989, the company expanded its operations by venturing into the manufacturing of polyester-sized yarns, broadening its product portfolio.

1994

Manufacturing of Polyester Texturized Yarn

Continuing its growth trajectory, 1994 witnessed further expansion into the manufacturing of Polyester texturized yarns, showcasing a commitment to product diversity.

2000

Momentum in the Yarn Business

Upon joining, Mr. Samir Agarwal significantly boosted the business in 2000 by injecting momentum into the yarn manufacturing business.

2003

Entry into Fabrics Processing

In 2003, the company diversified into the fabrics processing industry by establishing Sanskar Processors Pvt. Ltd., led by Mr. Samir Agarwal.

2012

Expansion into Coal Business

Recognizing changing business dynamics, Mr. Sumit Agarwal joined the yarn business in 2012, expanding the Polyester texturized yarn manufacturing. Simultaneously, Rawalwasia Group ventured into the coal business with Rawalwasia Textile Industries Pvt. Ltd.

2016

Texturized Yarn Expansion

The year 2016 marked another expansion in the texturized yarn manufacturing division at Daman & Diu, Pipodra, Surat District, Gujarat.

2022

Entry into Solar Power Generation

In 2022, with an eye on future growth, the Rawalwasia Group ventured into sustainable energy by initiating a 50 MW Solar Park project at Dinod village, Surat, Gujarat, under the banner of Greenbeam Earth Pvt. Ltd.

2023

Three Active Business Verticals

As of 2023, the Rawalwasia Group is actively engaged in four core verticals:

Coal Trading Business: Rawalwasia Textile Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Textiles Business: Rawalwasia Yarns Dyeing Pvt. Ltd. (Specializing in the manufacturing and importing of yarns and fabrics).

Solar Power Generation: Greenbeam Earth Pvt. Ltd. focuses on solar power project development and EPC of ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects across India.
